Consistency and Building Confidence in Your Communication Skills

"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then is not an act, but a habit." Aristotle
Confidence is key when learning to speak with a new rhythm or intonation. Here's how to build it:
- Practice Daily - Consistency is your best friend. My best students dedicate at least 15 minutes daily to practicing linking words or mastering stress patterns.
- Use Real-Life Scenarios - Practice with phrases you use at work or in social settings. The more practical your exercises, the more confident you'll feel.
- Seek Constructive Feedback- Feedback from a trusted coach or peer can help you identify areas for improvement and boost your confidence in your strengths.
Speak with pride!! Your accent is part of your identity, and clarity is the ultimate goal, not perfection.
